Our architects are working on a great design for the New Central Library to incorporate as many of your great ideas as possible. This means we are no longer collecting feedback, but you are able to look at the project page and read the forums. We will update the page when the preliminary designs are announced, and when we start gathering more feedback about the types of services that you would like in the new library.

Can you can capture a city in transition?

The Christchurch City Council is running a competition to find a striking cover photograph for its Long Term Plan.
The cover shot will show the kind of the city we want to live in. We’re looking for an image that captures the mood of a city in transition, a place where the unexpected is the new normal, a place where anything is possible. Let your imagination run wild.
